A wonderful hulless variety of Pumpkin, great source of protein and oil from the garden, and the name is just plain fun to say. Green seeds are tender and absolutely free of any tough hull or shell. Surprisingly good raw, delicious toasted and seasoned. They disappear quickly around here. Perfect for a pumpkin seed + basil pesto, or for garnishing salads or other dishes. One of my favorite garden grown snacks that is shelf stable.
