This incredible, fragrant marigold grows up to 10' tall — making it a prized seasonal privacy fence as well as a favorite scent in the perfume industry. Attracts beneficial insects, flowers late into the season, repels pathogenic nematodes in the soil, making it a great companion for root crops as well. It is not a good companion plant for legumes, however, so give them a little space.

Also known as Peruvian Black Mint, or just Black Mint. Don't worry, though! This mint won't take your garden hostage unlike other varieties of garden mint.
