Also known as sculpit, Maiden's Tears. Rare Italian leaf herb, super easy to grow and provides reliable greens through most of the season. Younger leaves are tender, older leaves tend to be bitter or not as palatable. Great for cooking in stir fries or sautéed, low maintenance perennial vegetable that is sure to be come a staple of permaculture gardens across the PNW.
