Perennial. Levisticum officinale

Flowers to 7 feet tall. 

This aromatic seasoning herb is used in soups and in manners similar to celery. It makes gigantic umbel flowers that pollinators go crazy for. It is an easy-to-grow plant that self-seeds abundantly.
