Trigonella (Blue Fenugreek)

Annual. Trigonella caerulea. 50 seeds per packet. 

A very unique herb with aromas of maple syrup that is more commonly grown in hot climates - this variety is a specific species that grows well in our short PNW seasons. We love growing this plant because the dried seeds make our seedhouse smell delicious and sweet! Unique flavor is herbal and sweet with a touch of bitterness…very interesting addition to the herb garden. Easy to direct seed in our experience.

Originally sourced from Uprising Seeds in Bellingham WA, who got their seed stock directly from northern Italy.
