A “winter tomato” that is harvested in late summer and hung on strings in the kitchen or pantry for using later in the season. Remarkable storage capacity, we are still experimenting with the best way to store them, but we can confirm that they will last in your kitchen long after the first frost has zapped the tomato plants in your garden to mush. Unique offering, we originally sourced our seeds from farmer Evan at Heirloom Seedhouse in the Portland, OR area.
