One of the most beautiful seeds in our catalog, hands down! This bean has gorgeous stripes and is usually grown for the dried beans which are delicious cooked. We love how these beans look as they sit on our pantry shelves in mason jars, awaiting the next meal.Y

You can also eat the young beans like green beans, although we prefer other varieties like Provider for our green bean production ;)

Originally sourced directly from my mother who handed me 10 beans about 5 years ago. I am unsure where she got them from originally.
