Annual. Chenopodium quinoa
50 seeds per packet.

White seeded Quinoa, grows 4-6ft tall. Easy to grow, protect from early fall rains or harvest before the rains hit to prevent sprouting on the head. Easy to thresh by smacking the dried seedheads on the inside of a bin. Soak and rinse seeds a few times before cooking to remove the bitter saponins!
