Pea, Sugar Magnolia (Snap Vine)

Annual. 30 seeds per packet. Pisum sativum

Purple snap peas! Not gonna lie, they aren’t quite as tasty as the green ones (Cascadia is our favorite) but there is something about the purple-ness that is so appealing to our eyes that it makes up for the taste. Don’t get us wrong, they’re still delicious, we are just snap pea fiends and we do a lot of taste-testing of these garden snacking delights. Purple peas on the plate is definitely something great ;)
