Lemon Balm

Perennial. Melissa officinalis
100 seeds per packet. 

Very fragrant and easy to grow medicinal herb. Makes a delicious calming tea, and generally for soothing the nervous system and increasing alertness. We use it for aromatherapy in the garden, and we often pinch a few leaves and rub them between our hands to freshen up after a snack or a smoke break. Extremely easy to grow, has a tendency to self-sow and can get weedy if left unchecked for many years. Great beginner perennial medicine!
