Another awesome plant for dried bouquets, with eye-catching powder blue flowers that attract a diversity of pollinators. Easy to grow, flowers abundantly, and retains it's color after drying, making for lovely dried arrangements. The foliage is a bit spiky, but not too bad, just be mindful about where you place it in the garden - best to put in the middle of a bed and not somewhere you are going to accidentally brush against it while walking quickly down a path!
